Ingredients:
- 10 shells
- 1 pound of turkey ground
- chili powder
- Garlic powder
- sofrita
- Seasoning
- Adobo
- Cheese
- Your choice of oil(prefereed olive oil)
Directions:
- Put turkey ground into a skillet or pan
- Add chili powder, garlic powder season Adobo
- Cook turkey ground until brown.
- Once brown add sofrita, mix into the meat.
- Take the meat and cheese and place it in the center of the shell
- Fold the shells
- Take a fork and press the two end of the shell down.
- Heat a small amount of oil (coating the bottom of the pan) into the pan
- Place the filled shells into the hot oil,
- Wait till brown on one side and flip over. Empanada is done when brown.
