2021 Recipe Zine


The UIC Heritage Garden interns decided to do a recipe zine as part of the fall 2021 Harvest Festival. They collected and wrote down recipe’s from their own experiences and that of their friends, thinking specifically about college friendly recipes. Since studying in a hybrid model for in person and virtual classes, students have had to rebalance their time while continuing to take care of themselves, their loved ones, and their communities to the best of their efforts.
