Description: Did you know that the UIC Heritage Garden raised monarch butterflies this summer? Join us for an interactive presentation in which the Heritage Garden interns will talk about Monarch Butterflies’ migratory route from Chicago to Mexico and their cultural significance. You will learn how to save seeds, make seed bombs, share migration stories, and establish your own monarch butterfly garden. The UIC Heritage Garden will provide materials and the seeds from their monarch butterfly habitat for this event.
