- 1 large Raw Mango
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 4-5 Crushed Black peppercorns
- Black Salt (kala namak) to taste
- A pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
- Wash and boil the raw mango. Let it cool.
- Then, peel, mash and strain the pulp.
- Add cumin powder, crushed peppercorns, black salt, asafeotida and sugar to it.
- Mix well till the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Divide the mixture into 4 glasses and fill with chilled water. Stir well and serve.
