INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 inch piece of English cucumber (peeled and seeded) 
  • 1 roughly chopped bunch fresh mint (leaves removed from the stem)
  • 1 roughly chopped bunch fresh cilantro
  • roughly chopped (a few stems are okay)
  • 1 teaspoon table sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or to taste)


INSTRUCTION:

  1. Puree everything in a food processor or blender.
  2. Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
