- 6 cups of old fashioned oats
- 1 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup raisings
- ½ cup coconut sweetened flakes
- ½ cup toasted chopped peanuts
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup toasted sunflowers seeds
- ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
- Put a pan over the stove and heat the honey and butter.
- Add the oats and stir until the oats are light brown (15-20 minutes)
- Add all the other ingredients.
